Nymphenburg Porcelain Manufactory
1747 - Operational
Overview
Founded in 1747 under the Bavarian elector and moved to a pavilion at Nymphenburg Palace in Munich in 1761, where it still works. Its Rococo figures modelled by Franz Anton Bustelli are among the most admired in European porcelain. Pieces are still made largely by hand.
